Types of Ceramic Liners
Rubber-Ceramic Two-in-One Liner
This is a composite of wear-resistant ceramic and rubber. The wear-resistant ceramic lining is vulcanized into rubber at high temperature to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber lining (CN layer can also be added). Rubber can effectively absorb the impact of materials and reduce wear on the surface of the equipment.
Ceramic-Steel Two-in-One Liner
This is a composite of wear-resistant ceramic and steel plates, which can withstand temperatures of -40-500℃. We bond the wear-resistant ceramic and steel plate together with strong glue, and then fix the entire lining to the equipment with countersunk bolts. Usually, studs are provided on the steel plate for easy installation and maintenance. This combination ensures that the lining can withstand harsh conditions and provide reliable protection for a long time.
Three-in-One Liner (Ceramic + Rubber + Steel)
The three-in-one ceramic composite liner is a combination of wear-resistant ceramic, rubber and steel plates, which can withstand temperatures of -40-100℃. We first vulcanize the wear-resistant ceramic lining into the rubber at high temperature and then fix it to the steel plate by welding or bonding. This forms an anti-wear layer that can both resist impact and provide buffering.
