Great Hardness
The Mohs hardness is 9 which is only inferior to diamond but far exceeding wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
Good Abrasion Resistance
The ceramic lined equipment abrasion resistance is 260 times that of manganese steel and 170 times that of high chromium iron. According to the follow-up survey for the customer, the service life of ceramic lined pipes can be prolonged more than 10 times under the same working condition.
Corrosive Resistance
As an inorganic oxide, high alumina ceramics has extreme stable molecular structure and no electrochemical corrosion, which can resist the corrosion from various solutions such as acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent.
High Self-lubrication
Ceramic lining has the properties of excellent self-lubrication and non- adhesive. Its roughness is just 1/6 that of steel pipe, causing smaller flow-resistance. Compared to that of steel pipe, its inner diameter could be reduced by 15.4%.
Light Weight
Density of ceramic liner 3.6g/cm3 is only 50% that of steel, which highly lowers the dead weight of the pipe.

- The welded wear-resistant ceramics are evenly distributed between the ceramics, and the ceramic surfaces are flush and consistent, and unevenness is not allowed;
- The gap should be uniform, and the wear-resistant ceramics should be misplaced as much as possible;
- The ceramic cap cannot exceed the wear-resistant ceramic surface, and needs to be flush with the wear-resistant ceramic surface;
- The excess ceramic glue overflowing from the gap needs to be scraped off with a putty knife and wiped clean.

Cartons or wooden boxes. We pack the goods with 6-8 strapping tapes and waterproof films and load the large goods on pallets to ensure they are delivered to you safely and intact.
