Process of Dry Grinding Ball
Material preparation
The material is prepared by cleaning and drying it to remove any impurities or moisture that may affect the grinding process.
Loading the material
The prepared material is loaded into the grinder, which is a cylindrical device that contains grinding media such as steel balls or rods.
Grinding the material
The material is ground by the grinding media as the cylinder rotates. The grinding media crushes the material into fine particles.
Collecting the final product
The final product is collected in a container, and any remaining material is removed from the grinder.
