Advantages of Magnetic Wear Liner
Wear-resistant
The surface hardness of magnetic ceramic rubber liners is as high as HRA80, which is more than 5 times higher than that of ordinary steel plates.
Corrosion resistance
After high-temperature sintering, the wear-resistant ceramic composite liner forms a dense structure with extremely low porosity, which can effectively resist the erosion of chemical media such as acid, alkali, and salt with high-purity alumina.
Impact resistance
The rubber layer absorbs impact force, the steel plate provides additional support, and the ceramic material itself has hardness, which improves its overall impact resistance.
Easy to operate
Because the liner is magnetic, it can be easily adsorbed on the equipment without welding, bonding or bolting, which is convenient for installation, maintenance, replacement and replacement, reducing downtime.
Anti-falling
Ceramics, rubber and steel plates are tightly combined through special process to ensure that the liner is not easy to fall off during use.
Magnetic Force and Secure Attachment of Magnetic Wear Liner
Strong Magnetic Hold:
The integrated magnets ensure that the liners remain firmly in place, even under the intense conditions of a grinding mill. This magnetic attachment system eliminates the need for mechanical fasteners or adhesives, which can wear out or become loose over time. The result is a more secure and stable liner that remains firmly attached throughout the life of the liner.
Prevention of Displacement:
Traditional liners can sometimes experience movement or shifting during operation, which can lead to uneven wear and even damage to the mill’s internal components. The magnetic force of these innovative liners eliminates this risk, ensuring that the liners remain securely in position. This not only extends the lifespan of the liner but also improves the safety and efficiency of the grinding process.
Enhanced Operational Stability:
The secure attachment of the liners improves the overall stability of the grinding mill. By preventing any movement or shifting, the liners ensure that the grinding media performs optimally, maximizing the efficiency of the milling process. This results in better material processing and lower energy consumption, which are key factors for improving the mill's performance and operational costs.
Size selection
Ceramic layer
3-90mm, 10mm thick or more can better resist impact;
Rubber layer
4-10mm, rubber thickness is about 5mm;
Steel layer
4-10mm, mainly the base plate of the composite board, can be adjusted according to the total thickness of the composite board.

Application of Magnetic Wear Liner
Access Restrictions
In confined spaces or hard-to-reach equipment areas where mechanical fastening is impractical.
Leak Risks
Applications with high liquid content, where holes drilled for bolted liners may compromise sealing and cause leakage.
Maintenance Constraints
Environments with minimal downtime for maintenance, requiring installation methods that avoid time-consuming fixing procedures.
Safety Hazards
Settings involving rarefied gases, or dangerous/explosive atmospheres where welding or drilling poses ignition risks.
Our Packaging
Cartons or wooden boxes. We pack the goods with 6-8 strapping tapes and waterproof films and load the large goods on pallets to ensure they are delivered to you safely and intact.
