High Abrasion Materials
Ceramic lagging, both dimpled and smooth, is ideal for handling abrasive materials. Its high resistance to wear ensures that the lagging and pulley have a long operational life, even in harsh conditions.
Low Abrasion Materials
For less abrasive materials, such as packaged goods or lighter aggregates, rubber lagging types, including plain and diamond grooved rubber lagging, may suffice. These materials still offer adequate protection and friction without the need for the enhanced durability of ceramics.
