How To Repair If The Polyurethane Ceramic Lining Is Damaged
★Assess the degree of damage

★Prepare repair materials
Prepare corresponding repair materials based on the damage situation. Common repair materials include:
☆High alumina wear-resistant ceramics: Used to replace severely worn or broken lining parts.
☆Polyurethane adhesive: Used for repairing cracks or re bonding detached inner lining parts. Polyurethane adhesives are widely used for such repairs due to their excellent adhesion, oil resistance, low temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, and high elasticity.
☆Polishing tools and sandblasting equipment: Used to treat the surface of old linings for better adhesion with new materials.
★Repair steps
☆Cleaning and polishing:
Remove any residue from the damaged area and ensure that the surface is clean and free of oil stains.
Use polishing tools and sandblasting equipment to polish the surface of the old lining to improve the adhesion of the new material.
☆Repair or replacement:
If the damage is minor (such as small cracks or localized wear), polyurethane adhesive can be used for repair. Apply the adhesive evenly to the damaged area, and then press to ensure a tight bond.
If the damage is severe (such as large-scale detachment or breakage), a new lining part needs to be replaced. After removing the old lining, replace it with new materials such as high alumina wear-resistant ceramics and bond it with polyurethane adhesive.
