TECERA ceramic rubber wear liner is a premium composite wear protection solution produced via advanced hot vulcanization technology. TECERA integrates high-alumina wear-resistant ceramic tiles and high-performance elastic rubber into a unified one-piece structure, which is fixed to the inner steel shell of equipment with high-strength industrial adhesive to form a robust, impact-absorbing anti-wear system.

This product overcomes the inherent limitations of single-material liners: the ceramic layer provides exceptional abrasion resistance, while the rubber layer absorbs impact energy, dampens vibration and prevents material adhesion. It is widely applied to hoppers, chutes, transfer points and bulk material handling equipment across mining, power, cement and steel industries, effectively extending equipment service life and reducing unplanned shutdowns.

Dual abrasion and impact protection: The high-alumina ceramic surface reaches Mohs 9 hardness to withstand continuous sliding wear from abrasive bulk materials; the underlying rubber layer absorbs impact energy from falling large lumps. This composite design solves the flaws of brittle pure ceramic liners and low-wear-resistance pure rubber liners.

Anti-blocking and noise reduction: The mild elasticity of the rubber layer shakes off fine particles that would adhere to rigid ceramic surfaces, preventing material buildup and pipeline blockages. Three-layer ceramic-rubber-steel liner: Ceramic tiles and rubber are vulcanized directly onto a steel backing plate with pre-embedded countersunk bolts. It supports fast bolt-on installation and easy replacement, with reliable mechanical fixation that remains stable even under heavy impact and continuous vibration.
