What is Ceramic Tile Liner?
Ceramic tile liner (also called wear-resistant ceramic liner) is a high-performance protective material made from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃), zirconia (ZrO₂), or silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics. It is manufactured by high-temperature sintering into rigid tiles, then bonded or welded onto the inner surface of industrial equipment (e.g., pipes, chutes, hoppers) to form a tough, wear-resistant barrier.
